Roasted Cauliflower with Dukkah and Green Tahini

Ingredients

2 cups Cauliflower Florets

2 tablespoons Avocado Oil

2 tablespoons Dukkah

Salt and Pepper to taste

¼ cup Tahini Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F
  2. Toss the cauliflower with avocado oil, dukkah, salt and pepper. Spread on to a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. While the cauliflower roasts, prepare the tahini sauce. Combine in a blender and process until smooth.
