Panang Curry Paste
What we call Thai curries are called kaeng, just meaning a soupy dish, in Thailand.
Panang Curry Creamy and nutty with a hint of sweetness, featuring a thick, rich sauce, it is most commonly prepared with pork or beef, add a couple of Kaffir lime leaves to get that aroma into your curry dish. Fry the paste briefly in oil (preferably coconut oil) to release its fragrances before adding coconut milk or other liquids. Freeze after opening to maintain freshness product remains workable.
