
Jamaica Chile Lime Sea Salt
Jamaica (ha-MAI-ka) is the Mexican name for hibiscus blossoms: the base of a popular, hot-pink, fruity tropical beverage. Here it is added to sea salt, along with lime and chile, to produce a boldly tart and spicy, colourful finishing salt. Use on fresh fruit, as a glass rimmer, or on grilled meat, poultry, and especially, seafood.
