A unique blend of herbs and spices common in traditional Cajun cooking compliment the rich flavour of fermented cayenne pepper. A subtle but sweet finish from the maple syrup combined with the bold heat of ghost peppers lands this sauce right in between Heartbeat's original Louisiana Style and its big brother, the KO edition.
