Chilaquiles with Black Mole
Ingredients
- Ground Black Mole, mixed to proportion with 2 cups of water
- 2 cups of water/broth
- Tortilla Chips
- Cooked and shredded Chicken
- Cream
- Grated cheese
- Chopped onion and cilantro
- Salsa or hot sauce of your choice
Preparation
- In the blender, blend Black Mole Powder with water
- Pour into a pot with the remaining 2 cups of water
- Let boil until it thickens
- Arrange tortilla chips on a plate and pour Mole on top
- Cover with shredded chicken, cream, grated cheese, chopped green onions and cilantro
- Serve immediately to maintain the crunch of the tortilla chips
